Mirry Dancers Cowl Kit

The Northern Lights technicolor display provides an opportunity to play with some of the many colours that Shetland inspires. The ‘mirry dancers’ present itself in a myriad of colors from neon green to deep purple and everything in between: so many colors in fact that we decided to offer 3 colourways for this project.

This kit includes all the Shetland wool from Jamiesons of Shetland you need to make Gudrun Johnstons’ design from issue 6, the Mirry Dancers Cowl. (* note: separate purchase of issue 6 required)

The kit contains: 7 balls of Jamiesons of Shetland Spindrift Pure Shetland Wool, packaged in a cotton drawstring project bag (30 × 25 cm).

Jamieson’s Of Shetland Spindrift, 4ply weight, 100% Pure Shetland Wool, 105 m / 115 yds per 25g ball.

Finished Height: 22 cm / 8.75 in
Finished Circumference: 66.5 cm / 26.25 in

You will also need a 3.5 mm (or size needed to match tension) circular needle, 40 cm / 16 in long.

A second needle in the same size is required for grafting the two ends together.
